says she has shut down her computer twice and the
hour glass pops up once in a while and then it
goes away, then it comes back up. 

says this has not happened to her before

says she did not have anything open says she came
to the computer and logged into the computer and
then this happened nothing will open, the mouse is
working but nothing opens.
