the printer is not working. I tried print a test
page to it from the help desk and there was not a
printed page to the print. I had her clear her
print query and had her try to print and it still
did not work.

They called back kind of angry. They say they 
need to have this problem fix asap. They said 
they have waited too long. She (and an older 
lady) was very unhappy.
