I am going over our current task and I have seen
that it has been a while since your task has been
updated. I was wondering if you have and any more

Hello Jie,

Unfortunately I was not able to get your email
until after 5 yesterday. I usually work in the
mornings, Is there a morning time you will have
office hours so I can assist you? If not I can
pass this to another tech who works in the
afternoon. Sorry about the delay. If you could
list your office hours for the rest of the week
that would be very helpful.

Has a systems soft wear issue
Has a laptop worth vista business. He has a 
problem installing any soft wear. 
Trying to install program the other day and 
had “many problems”. Message “another process is 
running can not continue till previous process is 
finished” shows up.
He can not install or uninstall anything  at the 
moment. 

Would like info on baking up files.


Can reach up until 2 or after 3:30 to 4.
