Chrome doesn't seem to be working on any windows
based computers on campus. Richard is using it on
his mac, and its working fine, but not on windows.

He would like Google Chrome to use the Google Wave
application.  He just doesn't have admin rights
and doesn't like Firefox.  The google wave isn't
working in IE.
