Hi all...

Sorry for the continued hassle, but I just
received an automated response that the "service
request with you as the contact person was
closed".  Although it indicated that the request
has been closed, the problem remains unresolved.
The request number is 35887. My computer number is
20050968[Edit Inv].

The problem: although I can send email's through
the new Web Mail system, those I send from
Outlook, although showing in my Sent folder, are
not actually being delivered.  This was just
discovered this morning after several phone calls
related to materials and budgets others have been
anticipating and which were sent earlier in the week.

Although as of this morning, they all appeared in
my Sent Folder, none were actually received, and
now there are no items in it for Tues-through the
present...a bit of a dilemma in itself in terms of
tracking down who still needs to be recontacted. 

Earlier in the week, although my email accounts
(Web and Outlook) were "synched" the calendars
were not and you all came over and fixed that for
me.  It seems that since the "synching" of the
calendars, the email's became "unsynched"...make
any sense?

So...I will be leaving shortly, but if someone
could look into for me on Tuesday, it would be
greatly appreciated!

She's using a mac and was at version 10.4.6. I had 
her run updates a couple times. she said she'd call 
back if that didn't fix it.

says he is able to reply to email and that works
he is trying this from sun and outlook. says he
cannot send email says it shows as being sent but
the recipients have not received anything. 

says some of those emails were very important and
now none of them are showing up in the sent email.
