Her machine account was disabled. It is working now.

She tried it on a MAC and it worked and went to
the comp lab and it worked. but tried it on her
own comp in her office and it still does not work.

She just called in saying that her computer still
says the message: windows can not connect to the
domain either because the domain controller is
down or unavailable or because your computer
account is not found.

She came into the helpdesk and tried logging on at
the computer up here. it took like 3 minutes for
her desktop to load. she got this meesage when it
was done loading:

" The instruction "0x0100c3rd7" referenced memory
at "0c000af00" the memory could not be read
Click OK to terminate the program
Click Cancel to Debug the program


After I had closed out of that message box, the
computer logged her off completely.

she called in again and she thinks it may have to
do with her account.
She really needs her account to work. because she
cant do work until it is fixed.

she will be in her office in like 30 minutes

called saying she tried logging into another
machine on campus but gets this same message, says
it might have something to do with her personal
profile perhaps.

says for the last couple of days she had alot open
on her machine and it was running slow for her so
she decided to reboot her machine. now since the
reboot she is getting the following message: 
"windows cannot connect to the domain because the
domain control is unavailable..."

today until 5pm . 

this is stopping her from doing her work .
