Richard - Tricia is working on a loaner laptop to 
give to her for a loaner.  Jodie can be reached 
on her cell at 503-269-2420.  I believe she is 
waiting to mail her broken one in until she 
receives the loaner.

There is a Mac Store in Corvallis, downtown.  I 
believe he normally takes them there and works 
with them and they get it taken care of.

Hi Teresa,
Sadly, it is not. I'm backing up the last few 
things right now (I've had to restart it manually 
15+ times just today). Brian said the next step 
would be to send it to the Mac Store for repair. 
How should I schedule this? Is it shipped, or do 
I bring it somewhere? Thanks for checking!

she just brought it in to be worked on. she said
that it seems to not come back out of sleep mode
if more than one program is open or leaving it
alone and she has to manually reset it like 10-15
times a day

She apparently picked it up sometime yesterday. I'm 
going to close this task. If she calls in with it 
freezing again re-open it.

I called and left a voice mail saying that she can use 
it now to test if it's fixed or not. If she wants to 
come in and pick it up it's on my desk with the 
power plugged in.

I uninstalled and re-installed Office. I also fixed 
some permissions that where giving errors on a disk 
permission repair.

Jodie Garrison-Raborn class laptop keeps freezing 
up on her. She thinks it may have to do with the 
Microsoft suite. It acts up more when she is in 
excel. She had to manually shut down when it 
freezes. She has done the updates and doesn’t 
know what to do to fix it. Its her laptop and it 
freezes in class. She is frustrated.
