Cleaned up her machine and deleted her profile so
that it will reset all of her stuff. The computer
left here 100% clean, scanned with
SuperAntiSpyware twice, and with malwarebytes and
spybot twice each. Ran rootkit "F Protect
Blacklight" and everything is good to go.

I went back and took care of it. I ran hijack this
and it didnt come up with much. Installed
spywareblaster and spybot and immunized with both,
and showed her how to use no-script and her
computer is working great now. I also scheduled
the batch file i made to update and re-immunize
spybot to run every morning at 9:00AM

She said that she thinks that her computer has
some sort of malware and she said she thinks it
came from AIM, which they use to talk to each
other between staff in the library. she also said
that it spits out Ads onto her internet browsers.
