 Hi Teresa :

I located my documents from my personal usb drive 
but never figured out what went wrong with my 
computer. I was told my problem was put on high 
priority and that someone would be in contact 
within 2 hours and yet I heard back from nobody. 
I called the help desk 2 more times asking what 
the status was and got no answers. I am not sure 
if this is the typical response by the help desk 
but I do know that this happens more often than 
not when I call over there for assistance.

Jamie Strinz. No files are showing up in her
documents files. They are not any files when she
searches by name either. They are registrations
for this weekends “camp”. She direly needs these
files asap. She had her email worked on last week.
She thinks maybe that has something to do with it .
