Maria,

Please go to Start, Run and type:

Gpupdate /force

Click ok.

Log out or reboot as directed, then log back in.

Go to My Computer, and see if you have an I: drive.

If you do not, please call me.  Please call if you
need assistance executing these commands.

You are in the proper groups to get those drives
mapped for you and it shouldn’t be a problem.

he got a new computer during fall term. But does
not have access to the I-drive.
