We have a computer, 20060223, in Cottage Rm. 213
that is having major problems when the primary
user of that computer logs in. When she logs in it
automatically goes into safe mode and brings up
something called "Security Update" which proceeds
to tell her that she  has  a virus.  When  she  tr
ies to proceed to remove it it says it needs
credit card info to proceed. Obviously this is
wrong. so she got out of it and tried to run
Sophos or CCleaner, but couldn't because it tells
her that those programs are causing the virus. 
This only happens on this computer under her 
login, not under anyone elses login, or her login
on another computer. 
 
Please ask someone to come and fix this right
away. It is a computer used constantly by our data
input supervisor.
