LaRon is not missing any licensed and purchased
programs from his old. He may be missing third
party apps he once had for a peripheral type
device such as a camcorder or scanner, external
hard drive etc.  These are things that do not show
up as attached to his desktop and can only be
noted by the person performing the replacement
installation.  It is my guess that the old machine
is not being checked for such things and probably
should be.  In any case LaRon could not name
anything specific that he is missing or was in
need of...I told him if he does that he could call
in his SPECIFIC software install request

says his new system is missing applications he had
on his old system

he said that he was just on campus and he saw 
that he had programs he has. but then when he 
left the ITC building and now he is in his office 
and on his network again and the programs are not 
there now.
he is wondering if someone can help him out with 
this
