his co-worker said that it does not have the right
version of Java on it. he is available today from
1-2pm and 4-5pm
and tomorrow: 8-9am, 1-2pm, 4-5pm

He cannot download the schedule because it does
not support the version of java that is on his
computer already

often, he's still losing data each time.
