Hello,

I am having problems opening Word documents from
people with a newer version of Word than mine. I'm
pretty sure I have Word 2003 and I am trying to
open documents done on Word 2007 or 2009. My
computer is asking me if I want to download a
compatibility pack. Sally and I don't know how to
do this. Is there some way that you can make my
version of Word compatible with newer versions of
Word?
