The printer in question shows up as
ED-ED202-LaserJet4000.  It is not a network
printer and has been removed from the list of
available printers.

The individuals trying to print to that should
delete it from their printer list, in addition to
removing all references to printers on RADAR.

called saying they really need a printer

says it might be something to due with the
networks possibly, because her machine will not
print to that printer as well.

error: 
windows could not print due to the printer set up. 

says she has tried everything it says to do on the
display screen except reinstall the printer drive
which it is asking her to do.
