This issue has been solved:
My default printer Waterboy was reset to waterboy
on radar.
I went to run menu and typed '\\bart' and hit run
I found waterboy on bart and made it my default
I deleted waterboy on radar from my printer list.
Perhaps the tech can forward this suggestion to
others that have this problem.

I had been without a printer since Monday. This
took about 30 seconds to solve...

to be here all day, so if I am unable to make it
during that time, someone else will be here to
take a look. Thank you!!

****This is an email****
In reading through the suggested actions to
rectify the inability to print, I found two things
of interest:
1. The network admisinstrator is my best
resource in dealing with network printer issues.
2. The printer is listed as "access denied,
unable to connect" as shown in the attached
screenshot of my latest attempt. The textboxes
appeared when I clicked on the printer 'waterboy'.

I can be in my office for the next two hours, if
someone will come over. I do want to get
something to eat, so please give me an idea if
anyone will try to come over within this window,
and when, or a notion of another time when this
will be addressed.

Thanks for your time. I do need to use a printer
often. I hope someone can help me soon.
Karen Brown.

Attached are screenshots of error messages I get
when I try to print to Waterboy, my default
printer located in NS 218A. Its wou number is
20050966[Edit Inv]. My computer's wou number is 20030851[Edit Inv],
and I could print fine last week. Others tell me
the printer is working fine for them right now.

The 'resource' one is to print a .pdf. The
'SetUp' one is to print a .ppt.

Please help as soon as you can. Thanks!
