Just to follow up... I've added the CA-Ansel 
printer (the one in the Art Dep't. office in 
Campbell Hall) on the BART server, but it asks 
for a user name and password every time. I tried 
my name as it comes up by default (Jennifer K. 
Bracy, how my computer is registered to me) and 
my WOU password and that won't work. The printer 
queue says 'on hold - waiting for authentication'.

Yes, I believe it is still an issue... I received 
an email from someone named Brian, explaining 
that the server it was on (RADAR) is no longer. 
He gave me a new server name and an IP address, 
but, as I replied to him Thursday, I don't know 
how to set that up myself. I know it involves 
adding another printer but I'm not sure how to go 
about it.

RADAR is no longer used as a print server, the
print server in use now is BART.


You can connect to ansel directly at ansel.wou.edu
or the IP address of 140.211.76.23

Computer does not connect to printer in Campbell 
hall that she typically connects too.
