This computer didn't have any problems while I was 
there. I did clean up the default profile though.

She is unable to open any programs. After the 
computer is turned on and logged in the start 
menu doesn’t work at all. Also items on the 
desktop will not open either. She tried to 
restart and it still does the same 
thing. “APlease fix”
