I tried opening the document.  When I tried I got
the error message stating that it caused a
"serious error the last time it was opened.  Would
you like to continue opening it?"  Is it okay to
go ahead and open it?  I have shut down my machine
and tried again but get the same message.

Hey this is Jordan with the UCS. Im emailing you
in regards to your service request for not being
able to access the powerpoint file you need. I had
our Unix network admin take a look at the
permissions on the file and we tested opening it,
and he made a copy of the file to fix any
potential problems. Everything looks good, so try
accessing the file again, and if that doesn't work
you may need to just restart your computer and it
should take care of the problem. So give it a try
and let me know how it turns out! Thank you for
your time.
