I gave her admin rights. She can now update her 
machine. I installed the adobe flash and reader 
update as well.

called and left VM

called saying she is unable to open adobe reader 9
says this started yesterday. says she could open
some things and not others. says she has tried
rebooting her machine but nothing says she cannot
even do updates on her machine.
