I fixed her outlook, and finished copying her
icons to her desktop, and the extra documents. She
is good to go. I also helped another person in the
office with her calendar problem.

just heading out to help her.

I finished up with everything but when i returned
it, she was not there. So she is going to call
when she is back so that someone can finish this
up. What needs to be done is for her to log in,
and have the server create her profile, then copy
and REPLACE the folders that are located at
C:/profile data to her profile in 'documents and
settings'. (this is her desktop icons and her
documents etc.) She needs to have the java
connector run as well. Also in inventory it is
unclear what version of office is on her computer
so 2003 is on there but ask her what version she
was using and 2007 may need to be installed.

The computer was severely infected. It has now
been reimaged. Her files are saved on the external
harddrive at ITC 007.

there first thing Monday morning to pick up her
computer.

Willy called me and said she is panicked.  All 
the tech's have gone home for the day so I talked 
with Adam and he said it's malware, not a true 
virus and that is okay for her to shut the 
machine and to use it.  Also told her we would 
look at it first thing Monday morning.

says she gets a blue background it highlights all
her desktop stuff and says: 
it is recommended to use spy ware removal tool, do
not use computer until all is removed.
