your task since you called back asking if it was
ok to use your computer again. Yes it is ok to use
your computer again. I reimaged your machine and
installed TurningPoint 2008. If there is any other
software that you need let me know. You shouldn't
have any problems with your machine now. If you

He asks that before any drastic changes done to
the hard drive, if you could call him and just
double check. He needs the machine to have the
program Turning Point on it. Perhaps we could lend
him one with the program on it. Nonetheless could
you contact him at first chance.

he called back again.He uses turning point program
for his class.He uses it for quizzes in his class.
Will be in his office from 2-3:30. please give him
a call he was very concerned that this get fixed
asap so he can do work.

He does need to be contacted about stuff on the
computer if it needs to be re-imaged.  He'll be in
the lab (NS017).  He'll be in is office between 1
and 3.

He has rebooted the machine but the malware still
suggests him to perform scan. The malware is
called Soft. He tries to close it but it says the
application can not be executed. He tries run any
program but the "anti-virus" won't let him.

Possible Malware might have installed itself on to
his computer. It is asking him to scan his machine.
