i tried to add the printer to the computer my self
and was not able to. still needs to have admin rights

needs to have access to the shared calender. he is
not able to view other calendars and other are not
view his calendar.

Calendar problem is the standard owner =
uid@wou.edu problem.  This is now fixed.

Forwarding task to Soukup for the Wolf Web thing.
 It should go back to UCS tech after that for the
original request.

In WolfWeb, needs the faculty menu tab because he
needs to audit degrees, advise students, etc.

Also, he can't edit his calendar or grant
permissions to other people.

Hello,

I am a new employee at WOU and would like to
submit a service request to have some
software/hardware installed on my computer.  I
have all the software and hardware drivers
downloaded, I just need someone with admin
privileges to install it.  The computer is a Dell
Optiplex 755 running Windows XP, Express service
code: 9707875201

It is located in the SEP office, APSC 201.  My
phone # is 88168.

If there is another process I need to use, please
let me know.
