I fixed the printer issue. I believe she was just
using the default Microsoft printer. Needs to
select a printer near her office. Her other
problem was fixed as well. her speakers were just
on mute. she was not getting any sound.

Having trouble printing. Not able to print from
ed161. When printing a word doc a message saying,
”windows cannot print due to current printer
setup.” She does not know how to run the test that
it is requesting her to run.
