I made a copy of the file and deleted the
original. I can get in no problem. Notified user.

Sandy,

The file you have that is shown as locked, if you
copy it to a new file name, and email Brian Witt
to delete the "locked one" when you get it copied,
then you can rename the file to its original file
name.

Please let him know where the file is at, whether
it is on the I: drive, or J: drive.

she has an excel file that is locked on her
computer now and it says it is locked by WOU.
she is really frustrated with it because it has
been a few days and she is behind on work.
