I worked with them on this a couple of times.  It
is the software's problem.  They are working on it
along with the label printing problem.

Hi Trisha,

I'm just following up regarding the Dyno 
Labelwriters and the printing issue.  We have a 
few tasks for thisfor the SHC.  We had a chance 
to talk with Adam Wehner about this and it is 
related the Nuesoft software.  We are waiting for 
a patch from the company to help resolve this 
issue.

We have it in our que to do but are not able to 
until the company provides this patch. 

We are sorry that we are not able to do more 
until we get the patch.

The \\bart\HC-HealthCenter printer shows up in the
list of available printers.  The printer returns a
error to the screen saying that "printer is not
accepting job".  She is printing from the
application NueSoft, a scheduling program.
