Paul fixed the issue. The cable was bad. She is 
able to log in now and get internet.

She called back and can log on to another 
computer so it's her computer and she said she's 
been working with Brian but she is dead in the 
water right now and needs help right now.

She is going to try logging on to another 
computer and if this works she is going to go to 
accountlookup and reset her password.  Either way 
she is going to call us back in a few minutes to 
update or close the task.
