I was just checking in on my service request
#36489. I am not able to print to the printer down
the hall from my office (ED114B). I should be in
my office until 11:00, and then in and out after
1:00. Thanks.

The printer is an HP42xx.  He doesn't know the
network name of the computer.  (It's his first day
at work here as staff.)  

He may be gone from 1:30 til 2 or 2:30 and then is
here til 5.
