I replaced his power supply with one from our
loaner computer, because the fan in his was
completely dead. It was also really really really
dirty inside so that contributed to the
overheating. I took it back over and it is working.

His computer is overheating and shutting down. One
of the fans is probably dead. I am going to pick
his computer tomorrow afternoon because he is
going to be gone all day friday.

called saying the green button shut off and said
it turned off on him. he went ahead and rebooted
but still making a grinding noise.

the computer in his office has been making noise
when he turns it on. the noise is starting to
occur more often and the noise is getting louder.
he is not sure what to do.
