It will still not update.  This causes a long 
delay when starting up.  Sophos anti virus will 
not update either.  Any assistance would be 
appreciated.

relating to your laptop and the Cisco Clean 
Access Agent not updating for you.

He would like help today if possible, not able to

He called to say that the Cisco Clean Access 
Agent will not update on his WOU laptop and he 
would like help with this since he isn't able to 
do anything from the laptop until resolved.
