scanned and removed everything I could find with
spybot, malwarebytes, and superantispyware,
upgraded Sophos to v. 9

connected to the administrative share (c$) with my
computer, and my Sophos killed it, then I purged
the offending directory, and removed the Run
registry entry from her computer remotely.

she thinks that there is a virus on her computer
and she can not get out of the security tool. she
is not sure what to do. it has rebooted 3x's and
the problem is still happening. she does have any
icons on her desk top.
