When printing from the program Neusoft, the
computer freezes for at least 6 minutes making her
unable to perform her duties. She is printing to
the HP Lazerjet in the office. others print to the
same printer and do not experience the same
problem. She has to route to the printer
differently. She is at the front desk of
counseling and needs this working asap
