Last night her computer was fine, but now she
can't log in to her machine. Windows can not
connect to the domain. She has had this problem
before and requested that Brain Berkley help her
out, seeing that he helped her out previously. She
has meetings today and needs this to be taken care
of immediately, within the next 30 minutes
