RE: Service Request # 36534

I received an email this morning letting me know 
this request has been completed and closed.  
However - it does not appear to be completed.  
Thunderbird is installed, however it doesn't 
appear to have been configured - when I try to 
use it, I get the configuration Wizard.  Please 
configure as well, or send me the information 
needed for the Wizard so I can do try to do it.

Hey this is Jordan with the UCS, im just letting
you know that your task has not been closed, but
there were 2 identical tasks created when you
called in the first time, and the only way to
remove the duplicate is to close the other. There
was just a misunderstanding on our end, but your
task will be taken care of as soon as we possibly
can! thanks for your patience!!

Please install and configure Thunderbird on my
computer.  I am already using Firefox, however it
might need to be updated to the latest version. I
can be found in HL209 and the number on my
computer is 20070160[Edit Inv].
