Hey this is Jordan with the UCS. Im emailing in
regards to your I: Drive problem. If you go to
'Start' down in the bottom left of your screen,
then go to 'Run', and type "gpupdate /force"
(without the quotes) and press enter. This will
then ask you to restart your computer, so restart
it and it should take care of your problem!! If
this doesn't work for you please feel free to
email me back and I would be more than happy to
come take a look at it!!

to get into the I drive it is not showing up for
her, but other drives appear to be there.
