The external is dead. Its still under warranty so
i let her know that and how get it replaced. Also
helped her with her server question.

she has an external hard drive that someone had
before her and she thinks they had a virus on it.
and when she plugged it into her computer before
you re-imaged her computer it went all crazy she
said. and now she is wondering if she could plug
in the hard drive and reformat it without it going
all crazy and stuff.
she would like someone to help her out witht his
question .

she would also like someone to help her out with
the remote server.
