We were just following with you with regarding a 
service request that we have for you (#36555) 
relating to having issues sending out messages to 
departments.  I believe Brian Witt sent an email 
with a few questions.  If we can still be of 
assistance with this, just let us know and we'll

Gay,

I need a few pieces of information from you to
figure out what is going on when you send out
emails. First off, were you using Internet
Explorer or Firefox to send the message, or a
third-party email client such as Microsoft Outlook
or Thunderbird? If you are using Internet Explorer
or Firefox, what version are you using? (Open the
browser and at the top go to ‘Help’ and then
‘About’)  Finally, are you sending an attachment
with your emails when you get the error?  Let me
know this info and I can figure out what is wrong.

“_b7e is undefined” error message appears when 
trying to send a message out to her office. It 
has happened before, and sometimes the message 
will send, and sometimes it will not.
