I talked to Adam and he said he has sent the 
quote to Cindi so it's up to them to decide to 
replace it or not.

The printer is worn out.  I told Tricia and she is
sending Cindi a quote for a new one.

She found a little round metal thing inside it. 
She's kept that for the tech to look at.  She's
also done all of the things like restarting it, etc.
