I cold reset the printer and reset a couple of
things on the print server.  The printer is now up
and running.

Thanks Teresa,

I happened to be on the phone with Brian within 
the last half hour getting assistance with the 
Compass placement test and happened to mention 
the printer problem.  He said he had just printed 
a test page with no problem. Based on his 
suggestion, here is what I tried just now with a 
student:

Student logged on to a Thin client in MNB 112
Start, printers and faxes, right click and delete 
the "math lab printer"
restart, log in

Brian had said that this should allow the printer 
to be re-mapped (I am probably not remembering 
exactly how he worded this).  The MNB 112 was no 
longer available on this student's log in and we 
could not seem to re-add it by ourselves.

Long story short; students still cannot seem to 
print to here.

Sharyne called back to say that this has been an 
ongoing problem for about a year.  When students 
go to print it shows an error message "access 
denied".

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you (#36621) 
relating to the printer in MNB 112 not printing.  
We believe this has been resolved but if not,

Printer # 20040306[Edit Inv] in the math study room, NB 112,
will not print.  When you look at it on the list
of printers and faxes it is currently saying
"access denied, unable to connect".
