The printer works fine.  She is just rude and
giving the printer bad vibes.

I can't believe that you're asking me this 
question after nearly a week. The order was sent 
because three of us  couldn't "fix" it. I 
honestly wish we could have done it, but I trust 
you're the professional people to do it. I hope 
you send someone to repair it asap. I have waited 
too long.

Description: printer will not pick up paper when 
printing

in and out of the office all day. this is her 
only printer  because she ins not hooked up to 
the office printer.

Located in ED163. Printer is not picking up the 
paper. They checked the printer, and the 
information is sending to the pointer, but the 
printer is not responding. There is not an error 
messages. It shows the job que, and doesn’t go 
anywhere. 

They will be in and out of the office. If you go 
to the ed office, the secretary can let them in.
