Took care of her problem. Needed a windows update.
Computer is just a little slow, so it was taking

Hello,  Someone sent me suggestions on how to make
images load.  It didn't work.  Any other
suggestions?  The only thing that changed is now
when I click on "load images", the red X changes

I would like to request that this be re-opened 
due to the fact that it is an ongoing daily 
problem.  It takes at least 3 to 5 minutes to set 
preferences or load them and then another 4 
minutes to open the first thing whether it be my 
radio station or email.  Web applications take a 
long time and always get the message that it was 
previously closed unexpectedly.  I have been told 
to watch and see if the power supply goes out.  I 
am afraid if it gets closed then it will never 
get fixed.  Nothing seems to want to work with 
any speed.

When I called back to give her the task number 
she said she has been having problems with her 
fan that was looked at and now is increasly worse.

Her comptuer keeps shutting down on her about 2-3 
times a day.  It gives her the 'white' screen and 
won't do anything until she does a cold re-boot.  
Finds that she can't run Banner or email at the 
same time or it crashes.
