The computer's section position is "I-5".  After
re-booting, and signing in, the screen switches to
a blue error screen.  The message on the error
screen reads, "A problem has been detected and
Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to
your computer.  BAD_POOL_CALLER..."  The message
goes on, at the bottom of the message is reads,
"Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administrator or tech.
support...further assistance"
