check on her Adobe Reader as she is thinking she

Jeanne,
That station(20080491) is licensed for Office Pro
Plus 2007 but was installed as Office Pro 2003 at
the time of install. I will make a Service
Request for a tech to upgrade the Office to the
2007 version and check on the Adobe Reader
application( it may just need updating but should
already be on your system). Let me know if you
need anything else.

Thank you for the information Tricia. If other
people really do prefer the Office Pro 2003, then
maybe we will just keep what we have.

20080492[Edit Inv], but I want you to know it is a lot
different then Office Pro 2003 and will take some
getting used to. They have drastically changed
the menu system and organization and a lot of
people are surprised by the differences and just
want to go back to the old version. We do have
compatibility patches to get the older version to
open the new file types with out any significant
issues. Let me know if you want me to have a UCS
tech upgrade the W#2008 stations and if you want
to purchase upgrades for the other two you can
place an order through the UCS Purchase Request
System.

20040562[Edit Inv] is the Abbey's House computer needing
the Office 2007 upgrade.

The other three are:
20080491[Edit Inv] - Jeanne's
20060227[Edit Inv] - in Rm 231A
20080492[Edit Inv] - in Rm 231A

She would like to know if this is possible and if
there is a charge.
