She was able to log on successfully now.

I went over because she called, and i logged in
right away also. so i left a note and an extra
note showing what keys i used and that you hold
the down at the same time. I also changed her my
documents path to h:, it was not set for that.

when I went to check her machine I was able to log
in right away. Ctrl alt Delete worked.
