More issues: 

1. Message this morning said that Sophos had failed. 

2. The computer takes an ungodly amount of time to
boot up. 

3. When I do turn it on, I get a message that the
"Battery is low." Really? 

Anyway, the key issue I am sure is the Sophos one.
