Oh okay I thought you were using a desktop! Okay
so on your laptop, to scroll, place two fingers on
your touchpad, and move them up or down. The
touchpad senses when you put one finger down, or
two fingers. And if that doesn't work, go to the
little picture of the apple in the top left of the
screen, and click on 'System Preferences'. Then
click on 'Trackpad' and make sure that the "Use
two fingers to scroll" and the "Allow horizontal
scrolling" boxes are checked. Then you should be
good to go!

Hey this is Jordan with the UCS. I'm emailing in
regards to your service request for not being able
to scroll. Try pressing the page down key on your
keyboard. It is located right above the arrow keys
and the delete button. This should scroll the page
for you. If this doesn't work please let me know
and I will be more than happy to stop by and help
you out!!

she wants to know how to access her banner beyond
the main page because she has know more scroll
down button. she just converted over to a mac
machine too.
