Hi Klay,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you  (#36759)

Description: doesn’t print at all. Everyone 
receives the “windows cannot print due to the 
current printer set up” message

We were wondering if this has been resolved for 
your or if we can still be of assistance with

Printer works fine, they should likely delete the
old printer and reconnect to it.

Printers not working. It would randomly print, 
but now it doesn’t print at all. Everyone 
receives the “windows cannot print due to the 
current printer set up” message. MnD112 student 
lounge printer.  There is another printer, but it 
is located in a class room and can not access it 
because class is in use.  “Need this printer 
badly because its dead week”
