Hi Christa,
This is Lance from the University Computing
Service with Western Oregon. I'm emailing you
about your task about opening PDFs. If you can not
open one and you have a windows computer or a mac.
Go to www.adobe.com and install the adobe reader.
Once you have that installed you will be able to
view the PDFs. If you have any other questions you
can reply to this email or go to the TRC lab in
ITC 204 and they can help you as well.

she is trying to open a ODF file so she can work
on it on her spare time. she does not know how to
open it and would like some help with this
