Brian Witt	Mar 16, 2010 12:57 PM	He is sending emails through a New Mexico University email system to a Chinese email account, so really not our problem. He is simply utilizing an on-campus computer to access the web. He is not sending any attachments. I suggested he try another browser and forward me any bounce-back emails so I can at least take a look at why they are not going through.	Add Attachment

Adam Stubblefield	Mar 16, 2010 11:28 AM	(505)573-7272 Trying to send an email to china.. has been doing so for five years but since using western computers, many issued have ensued. Lost emails when sent and also today when he tried to send a message it said, "the letter text cannot be sent using selected charset." which I guess is characters but it is in English not Chinese. Has six hours of literacy reviews and would like to be able to know he can send these without losing them. Thanks, Adam P.S.-fyi he is using New Mexico University's mail system.	Add Attachment
