Called and let her know that the printer is messed
up and would be fixable at a price.  They are
talking it over on what they want to do.

Teresa, thanks so much for the note! I did have a 
conversation yesterday with a tech who was here. 
I suggested, for the 2nd or 3rd time, throwing it 
out the window. Just kidding, sort of. As you 
know, the thing has never worked right since we 
got it. Seems like HP would give us a replacement 
after all these so-called "repairs" they've done! 
Alas. We do understand all the hulabaloo you've 
gone through with this printer. Meanwhile, yep, 
we need to print :)

the duplex component of there printer does not
work. It jams up when she try's to print with it.
she said that the printer has been over hear once
before to be worked on.
